So what everyone is basically saying in every thread about this, is that we can't change our preferences, once we have "defaulted" to AI for our licenses. We either BUY Adobe Illustrator, or we can't download the images in any other format. That's stupid, especially since we have already paid for a membership, and not all of the items are premium. All we want to know, is how to CHANGE our default download setting, so that we can get the files in JPEG. Yes, we understand that SOME files are only in AI. That's fine, but if we DEFAULT, then EVERY file only downloads in AI. SURELY, you have some other solution. PLEASE HELP US. I briefly saw some sort of note when the option first popped up, that said we could change this default. WHERE IS THAT? HOW DO WE DO THAT?? (not shouting, just emphasizing what no one seems to understand what several people have asked)
