My question is, if you want to create a logo but don't intend to trademark it, or have it legally registered in any way, can you then use adobe stock content for the creation of a "logo"?

Branching into a new discussion,

Hi Mary,

The ownership of the image is non-transferable, hence one cannot use the image to create or publish anything in their own brand/logo.

Even if you don't intend to trademark it, or have it legally registered in any way still using the brand name or logo is not permissible as it removes the rights of Adobe Stock and hence a conflict.

Adobe Stock only grants a right to use images and does not transfer the ownership, these images cannot be used in or as a logo.
