This is the exact same issue I am having.
I tried to cancel my adobe stock the day I signed up for the free trial. I remember looking at it and thinkjng, this isn’t for me.
I then thought it had been cancelled and now I am getting charged for it. When trying to cancel I am told I have to pay over $180! And for something I have NEVER used nor intended on using.
I apologize for the troubles that you've been facing. I did check your account and I see that your Adobe Stock subscription is active and but you haven't used the services.
I'd request you to Contact Customer Care for the cancellation request and refund queries as they'll be able to assist you with the same.
