Hallo,

bei Kauf von einzelnen Bildern mit erweiterter Lizenz kann ich die Rechnung nicht dem Bild zuordnen, da auf der Rechnung keine Bildnummer vermerkt ist. Wie kann ich diese Zuordnung korrekt durchführen.

Hello Twarita,

thank you for your response. No - the invoice itself is ok. My problem: I cant match the file-id-number of the downloaded picture to the invoice-number. Because the file-number is not implemented in the invoice. So when I buy more than 1 file (with extended licence) at the same time, I cant be shure, which invoice belongs to which file.

Attached you will find a screenshot of one transaction:

- file as downloaded from you website

- invoice

I am sorry but the image/file ID is never mentioned on the invoice. The invoice has the order number of the product which has been purchased from Adobe Stock.

Hello Twarita,

but I need to have the possibility to match the order number with the picture-number! Because what if there will be any inquiry regarding licensing? How can I verify the licensing and that I have paid for it?
