Refund for accidental purchase

Hi, I accidentally purchased an Adobe Stock subscription during an attempt to put photoshop 10 days for free. I have never used Adobe stock images and do not intend to. I canceled my subscription and they told me I was going to receive a refund of US$34.48 but i'm still waiting. Can i get a refund for it! Thank you!!
