I licensed the following image.

For some reason no matter what I do there is always the "Photo Barrel" watermark on the picture. I looked at this help forum and found others talking about downloading photos and the watermark remains but nothing was helpful. This doesn't appear to be the standard Adobe watermark, this is something the photographer put on there? If so, I have no idea why it would even be offered for license in Stock if it can't be removed. How do I confirm that there is no way to download this and/or get a refund?

Hello, I've verified the issue and agree it looks like a photographer watermark that shouldn't have made it through our moderation. Due to the type of license I don't have the ability to grant a replacement or refund, you will need to contact customer care with the details I've listed below. The moderation accepted this picture by error. But it's an older addition to the database, probably from before this was Adobe Stock.
