As John said, there is little that most of us can do for you. What he left out of his instructions is the following:

 

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session. Type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a CSR rather than the AI.

I understand your point of view, but community should be aware and I need help.

 

Follow support link and you end in a infinite loop with no way to simply send a clear message like this to the administration.

 

I don't know what to say, really. But I will spread this story and my experience on the socials. I'm tired of my problems with your platform. I already had months ago. I'm pretty surem people is happy and fine with Adobe but your errors are my problems and my problems should be your

I understand that you have difficulties contacting Adobe support. But it is the only way to get your problems solved. So I really urge you to as John T Smith says. Click the little callout button at the lower right of the page and type agent.
