Hello, I missed the deadline for cancellation of the trial period and last day 12-01-2019 was charged to my credit card but did not use the images for this payment.
Would you like to request a refund and how soon is the amount to be refunded on my credit card statement? Thank you in advance!

You need to cancel your subscription. It does not help your quest to post here in this user to user forum.
