Hi team,

I have a question regarding the refund policy. I purchased an 'On Demand' stock video. Based on the technical information, the video was noted as being of High Definition quality. Of course, the sample video loaded onto Adobe Stock are generally of lower quality for streaming purposes so it didn't indicate how good of a quality video it was. After I made my payment, I downloaded the footage to only find that it was quite blurry and is no use to me. I cannot make any use of the footage at all and wouldn't even classify it as High Definition.

Can you please assist in obtaining a refund for this footage, I am happy to sign a waiver or agreement to not make use of this footage. I am also happy to destroy all copies from my computer.

Look forward to your help with this!

You could Contact Customer Care and negotiate the refund.

Alternatively please post the id of the footage. KanikaS can then check the quality and eventually grant you a refund.

Dear Abambo thank you for your response.

Dear KanikaS, please find the url here: Stock photos, royalty-free images, graphics, vectors & videos | Adobe Stock

I have also attached a screenshot of the quality. As you can see the quality is very poor and thus not usable for my project.Capture.PNG
