Hello, last January I canceled my Adobe subscription linked to this email because my company activated a subscription on another email for work purposes. Last Saturday, I noticed a €36 charge with the reactivation of the plan I had canceled at the beginning of the year.
How can I request a refund and permanently close the subscription?

If you successfully cancelled the subscription you should have a confirmation email. Contact Adobe customer support and refer to that email in order to receive a refund. Look on your Adobe account to determine which subscriptions are currently active.

With the Adobe id that has had the plan: go to https://account.adobe.com/plans to check which plans you have.
