regarding early termination fee

my account was auto updated for 2 months which i was unaware, so i went and read the terms and condition for refund, it shows that before 14 days of the payment it will be refunded. so i used the first month assest, and with the 10 assest remaining which is of second month. i tried to cancel the plan. so, now it ask for early termination fee of 12k something. my purchase was 2300, for that why should i pay termination fee of 12k? could you help.

I do not know what "auto-update" means, but if you are getting an early termination fee to pay, then you are past the 14 days of the paid subscription. According to the terms, you now have a subscription for a year, cancellable without fee in the last month of your subscription.

 

I suggest you contact Adobe customer care and see, what can be done for you. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up block
