I didn't know that automatic payment was going on after the free trial period. There was a few months' payment for something that had never been used. And when I tried to cancel my automatic payment today, I got a message that I had to pay a fee.
First of all, we cancelled to prevent further automatic payment, but can we refund all of these expenses?
