Rejected for technical issue

I understand some of why from reading other threads. What I don't understand is why one picture that was a close up was accepted but not a few similiar (as in close up) photo's weren't I can see now why the others were rejected and what needs to be worked on but am really wondering. The difference. I'm a novice, not a professional. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! If I can get them to load... The first is the only one accepted. The second is a batch of rejected due to technical issues.

Share the images and we will look into it. Sometimes the refusal reasons are obvious, sometimes they are subtle and sometimes we too are guessing.
