Reklamation wegen Vektordatei

Ich habe ein Bild als Vektordatei (AI/EPS) gekauft. Allerding stellt sich jetzt heraus, dass es sich dabei um eine reine Pixeldatei handelt, die für meine Zwecke unbrauchbar ist. Selbst der Text auf dem Bild ist nicht editierbar. Ich würde gerne meinen Credit dafür wieder zurückbekommen.
Danke schon mal im Voraus.

Ich würde dann sagen, dass Affinity Designer die Datei nicht richtig liest. 😞

Die Datei ist eine Vektordatei und auch the Text ist Vektortext, auch wenn die Schrift vektorisiert wurde. Hier würde ich das allerdings nicht als tragisch ansehen.

Welches Tool hast Du denn benutzt, um die Datei zu öffnen?

 

Kleine Bemerkung: Vektordateien lassen sich sowohl als Vektordatei als auch als JPEG herunterladen. Bitte prüfe, ob Du eine Vektordatei geladen hast.

Danke für Deine Antwort. Ich habe definitiv die .ai Datei heruntergeladen. Ich öffne die Datei mit Affinity Designer, das Pendant zu Illustrator. Es werden mir zwar Ebenen angezeigt, allerdings nur Pixelebenen, keine Pfade.
Habe schon versucht, die AI online in ein EPS zu konvertieren, da kommen nur Fehlermeldungen, dass die Datei nicht konvertiert werden kann.
