I have an enterprise account through my school and I wanted to try Adobe Stock. I now want to remove the subscription but there isn't an option for it at all. Additionally, when I reach out to customer care they don't see anything showing on my account saying I have Stock. I have attached a screenshot showing that it is visible on my end. I received a number to call for enterprise issues and EVERY SINGLE PERSON can't understand anything I am saying because they have the worst phone service in whatever country they are in, so they keep asking me to repeat what the problem is. Is there anyone who can help with this or someone from ADOBE who can call from a decent phone in the US so we can sort this out?

(Unlimited?) Adobe stock is included in your plan at no additional cost. These

For any problem in relation with your Enterprise account, you should contact your school's helpdesk. They will provide the first level support.
