Reselling an item with a bought picture

Hello, maybe you could help me. If I buy a picture from Adobe Stock, can I use these pictures to make clothes? Or I would have to credit the author? Thank you.

If you want to print a picture on a T-shirt (or kind of) you do not need to name the author. You will, however, an extended license.

Thank you! So the extended license will grant me with the opportunity to use the picture forever in everything? I want to use pictures on clothing. Can anyone else borrow the picture from me?
