Il 25/12/2021 ho sottoscritto un piano con pagamento mensile e durata annuale.
Ho aspettato lo scadere dell'anno per poterlo disdire senza penale e ora mi viene comunque richiesto il pagamento di una penale perché l'abbonamento si è tacitamente rinnovato per un altro anno ad un prezzo superiore! Come posso richiedere un rimborso?

You should have cancelled before the renewal date, not after the renewal date. To cancel without early cancellation fees, you need to cancel in the last month of your subscription and the subscription will end at the last day of that subscription month.
The 14-day rule is valid only during the first paid period, not for renewals. I would suggest you contact Adobe customer care and ask for assistance for cancellation. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
