I've been a long time user of Adobe software and Adobe Stock. I'm a graphic designer and have used Adobe Stock for my projects, and so far, it's gone well.
I always select filters for my searches. One of them is Safe Search. I'm under no obligation to see what I don't want to see. I've never had any under aside from little bugs. However, while I was looking for some photos earlier, I had a terrible experience coming across very inappropriate images. The customer service representative I spoke to stated he would transfer my chat to someone else, but the waiting time was too much. It's a shame that I cannot have the peace that my family can safely search through your engine without encountering what we precisely are avoiding.

I found the way but it's interesting that I got the folowing error while rtyieng to send you a private message:
"You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later"
I haven't sent any private messages before

This is my second post about the same subject in the hope to get my problem solved. The customer service who answered me stop responding and so far I still have the same problem:

When I try to send you a private message with the assets I have and clicj "send" nothing happens and if I click again I got the message "You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later"

I've sent you a message. I'll let our forum support team know about the error you are receiving. There may be some limitations for new users but that message isn't helpful.

I reported it to Adobe back in October. They said they would investigate it, but I haven't received any reponse after that, and considering you had the same problem I doubt they took the time to investigate it or correct this problem. That's a shame. I expect more from a company like Adobe, but I guess we are just a number that means profit.
