In Stock, I can drag in a photo and it will come up with a 'best match'

Can I do the same in Audio ?

Unfortunately the drag and drop doesn't work for audio, I've reported this to the product management team. You can however upload an audio file using the dialog referenced in my earlier comment. You can also use find similar from the search results page:

After a few searches in photos you get a splash screen for sampling, I
found the search on the RH side of the search bar for audio.
