Saved Favorites Are Not in ANY Library - Nothing new showing in CC, through, stock, or assets

I have cleared my cache, I have tried two different computers, I have logged in and out of all devices on adobe.com, Creative Cloud. 

I have renamed libraries and created a new one. Nothing that I have saved today is showing. I show a stock session from 3 days ago, but there's no session saved from today. I have gone though previous threads and I cannot get anything to work. 

I don't know what else to do and would like to find what I've saved so I can make decisions on which to download.

What kind of account do you have (Teams/Enterprise or Individual). I've now downloaded many assets to my libraries, changed the default etc and it all worked without a glitch.

When you view your library, be sure not to filter the asset types or filter for stock assets!
