I have not taken or ever needed Adobe stock, I'm also sure I've never taken any free trials of it either. Trying to cancel the plan costs 130 euro cancellation fee, and I'm not able to get the already billed month back? Customer support keeps transfering me from person to person, until someone closes the chat out of nowhere 😄 I've contacted customer protection in Finland, but what else can I do? I can't believe I'm being scammed by a company of this scale.

Did you currently take a different plan, like Creative Cloud? Adobe is offereing the Stock trial as an add on. And Adobe did send an e-mail to your Adobe ID e-mail address, the moment you took the plan. The early termination fee suggests that you are around 4 monthat into your plan (it's have of the remaining due). Only customer care can, as an exception, cancel the early termination fee. You should try again.
