Sharing Licensed stock photos within a company

I recently began working for a small business headquartered in Germany. Our American affiliate company has an office in Boston and licensed certain Adobe Stock images under Standard and Extended Licenses. The team in Germany would like to use these images for marketing purposes (e.g. they might be included/viewable in an image video). Would this use of the stock images by our German associates be covered by the existing standard and/or extended licenses? Thanks for your help!
