Some images won't download and I can't get that credit/asset back

It seems as though I can't download certain assets I've selected, primarily because they are AI generated. Can I get these assets reversed or refunded somehow?

You should provide the asset numbers here so that an Adobe employee can investigate what's wrong with those particular assets.

There is no difference between genarative AI assets and photographic assets from the download point of view.
