standard license vs extended license?

Can I use the standard license if I'm using the photo as a reference for a photorealistic drawing? I'm planning on selling prints of my drawings, and they will look exactly like the photo. Do I need the extended license for that? I'm a hyperrealist so the image will look just as the photo does, but I will only be using the photo as a reference image, not on a product to sell.

Hi MM,

I was reading through the licensing terms and conditions here:

https://wwwimages2.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/en/legal/servicetou/Adobe_Stock_Additional_Terms_en_US_20180605_2200.pdf

Section b(ii) sounded to me like neither licensing option would work.

Sorry,

- Dave
