Hi, on the 17/06/2021 (june) I initiated a 30 day free trial with adobe stock photos and cancelled my subscription on 02/07/2021 (july). Even though I cancelled earlier than 30 days, only now have I noticed that I have been charged on my credit card on:
- 17/08
- 17/09
- 17/10
- 17/11
- 17/12
Why am I being charged for my free trial if I cancelled within the time frame and terms that adobe specified? Why, on my adobe account, it shows no history of me being charged in any of the months I mentioned even though my credit card says other wise? If this is an error I want a full refund

You don't have an active Adobe Stock subscription under the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. Is it possible you have a subscription under a different account? You'll need to sign into https://account.adobe.com with the appropriate Adobe ID to manage your current subscriptions.
