Stock for Personal Use

Can a buyer use stock photos for personal use such as a wall hanging or desk displays?  I can't seem to find an answer on this.  I would think they could, technically, as mine are full resolution, full size photos, but maybe there's a license issue here.

No, there is no license problem. You only need the standard license.
