Hello

 

I am getting this error when trying to purchase an image: We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service.

 

I've bought a credit pack, which I have not used yet, so there should be more than enough credit to cover this purchase.

 

I've looked at other threads with the same error, and cannot find a solution.

 

I'd appreciate any assistance!
