Stock image preview colour doesn't match licensed photo

I just purchased FILE #: 274092007 and the colours look great from the Preview. I licensed the image and the high resolution file colours are way off. Looks like it was saved under an incorrect colour profile. Please correct and let me know how I can access the proper photo I purchased.

Which app are you using to view the purchased image?

Do you have a wide gamut monitor?

macOS Finder, Preview and Photoshop. Wide gamut and regular gamur monitor. Thanks for your suggestion, but there's something clearly wrong with the original file and how it was saved

Thanks for reporting this issue. It looks like you were granted a free standard license recently. Did you recently contact customer care?

You'll need to convert the file to sRBG. This can be done in Photoshop from Edit > Convert Profile
