Stock image quality insufficient (poor focus) - 1646317800

Hello,

I've just purchased an HighResolution-Image which preview looks fine.
The original (67Mpix-Resulution) seems to have no focus at all. Therefore it is useless for business purposes (large scale print). Please check here and let me know how to proceed here: https://stock.adobe.com/at/images/live-oak-tree-in-a-park/1646317800

Additional question: Is there any chance to get this image in-focus - cause its urgent.
