I downloaded an .AI file (https://stock.adobe.com/images/rectangle-puzzle-4-pieces-tabs/165535941?prev_url=detail_) and when I open it in Illustrator it opens at 932% and the font size is 1. I updated the document with my content and saved it in Hi-res, but when I add the PNG to my InDesign document it imports a 2 inch photo. When I tried to make it larger, it only gets grainy. Please help!

I don't know what your question has to do with Stock API (removing this tag).

Open the file in Illustrator.  Select > All. Object > Transform > Scale > 1000% Uniform. Edit your text.
