STOCK image without transparent background

I just donwloaded 10 images and they are supposed to be transparent.

However they are not.... I tried to delet also the background in AI but it is just impossible, when you delete the background then you see only the patters, also this is so bad. 

What is the sence of downloading images in STOCK and not be able to use them. Who wants to use them with a horrible grey background that it is nos possible to delet.

I just took your number 6, disabled 2 elements, and it works fine.

This is the layer structure, when you open the file:

Just click the little ">" to expand.

It  will work also by switching the parent sublayer of for the background loosing its opacity.

The "Black" layer is mine as the rain is not very visible against the standard white background.

Just checking, are you actually using the AI application (not Photoshop)? It's not enough to just download the vector work and then open it in a raster editor. 

If you are using AI, what version of Adobe Illustrator is it? Can you show a screen shot from the same image with the layers palette visible?

You know that you can just enter your pictures into your message, so that we see the pictures without the need for downloading?

Either copy/paste works or clicking the image icon:

(Yes, I know, there is an annoying bug and copy/paste does not work all the times).

Your examples are right what you should expect to see, if you do not use the vector graph against a (dark) background.

5) 397290504 is a JPEG, so no transparency.

The other nine will be the same style. I didn't check all of them, however! But for this to work, you need to do 2 things:

1. Using Illustrator (best will be the most recent version as you cannot guess the version that created the asset)
2. Using a (dark) background to get a correct effect. That background may be applied also in Photoshop, however.
