Hi,

I have encountered this issue several times, and I really need some help with this. As stated in the title above, some stock images that are in AI/EPS format are blurry and pixelated when opening is PS. I tried resizing them in several different ways, but could not manage to do it. Please see screenshots below:

Please let me know how I could fix this. Many thanks in advance!!

Best,
Manu

Bonjour Manu,

Do you have Illustrator at your disposal? Photoshop does not read the Illustrator data but an embedded PDF file. The EPS data should however be readable. As I see, the asset is an Adobe Illustrator file. If the embedded PDF is missing, you will not be able to use the asset, except if someone can open the file for you and save with embedded PDF.

You could also take the 7 day test subscription of Illustrator open the file(s) and save with the PDF embedded.

Regards,

Abambo
