Stock photo not ok

I bought a single licence stock photo as ai format but the quality is bad. There is a gradient which is not correct so what can I do? Is there a cancellation possibility or can it be reviewed?

There is no possibility to "cancel", but @Contributor1 will certainly review the asset and grant you a replacement licence.

 

Please post the asset ID, so that the review can be done.
