Stock Photo Subscription Double Counting Asset Licenses

Hi, I am on the 10 stock assets per month plan. My library has duplicate images (same asset ID) and is counting each of the duplicates towards my 10 assets/month. What is causing this, and how can I fix it?

There is an issue where assets may appear twice in libraries, see https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock/unable-to-view-asset-details-within-library/m-p/11789290?page=1... for more information.

 What makes you think that these duplicates are counting against your license quota? Do you have an example, an asset ID? Are the assets appearing in your license history multiple times?

Is there a way to download a lists of all of the licensed assets? Right
now, I am presuming that there are some duplicates because I can't easily
see all of them on one page.
