Hi,

Do not expect Adobe (just to be clear: I'm not an Adobe employee!) answering specific licensing questions except for pointing out to the licensing terms.

Generally, there is no difference between a commercial product and a non-commercial product. The license requirements are all the same.

You need either a standard license or an extended license according to the use as laid out in the licensing terms.

Also in the licensing terms you find indications when and how to acknowledge photographers (and Adobe stock). Basically, anything that is editorial use needs to give credit to the authors.

Look here for more information: https://stock.adobe.com/license-terms and https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/help/usage-licensing.html

(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based reading and interpreting the license terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I can not rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee)

Hi @Anne-Sophie5C56 ,

There is no difference from the licensing point of view between an illustration (vector image) or a photo (pixel image).

In my view, in both cases Adobe Stock and the author need to be credited.
