If you buy stock as a personal Adobe Stock subscription, only you will be able to use the subscription quota and if you share your library with a team member they will not see assets as licensed unless you download the licesensed file and share the downloaded file.
If you buy a team Adobe Stock subscription any member of your team will have access to your quota if they are either a team administrator or assigned to any of your team subscriptions whether a Creative Cloud product or the Adobe Stock subscription. When a license is used anyone who can view the team on the Adobe Stock site will have access to the licensed assets.
