Stock Photos using two accounts

Hello,

I have access to Adobe's Creative Suite through my educational institution, but the campus license does not include Adobe Stock. I would like to purchase some stock licenses for Premiere Rush and I'm willing to pay for these out of pocket. Would I be able to license the stock using my personal account and then use it using Premiere Rush under my campus account?
