Stock templates- Do I need to have access to libraries to use?

New Here ,

Hi there,

I am working with adobe premier pro and I recently purchased a video template. I am working with a larger organization and when they installed the Adobe Cloud System on my computer, they did not install the libraries. Do I need to have access to this to view the stock template I purchased? I can see the file is saved to my drive, but it will not open in Premier Pro. Is there another option to use this? If I do require libraries, is there a cost to have this installed? Or only when we make purchases?

Thank you

Hi April,

Thanks for reaching out to our Stock team. As per your query, to view the Stock templates, you do not require access to the CC libraries, however, if you want to share the video or sync them with other Adobe IDs you will definitely need access to the Creative Cloud libraries.

Additionally, if you have questions related to our Premier Pro CC app, I would request you to post it on Premiere Pro CC

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.

What version if Premiere Pro are you using? And what is the template file number on Adobe Stock?

Since you don't have libraries something tells me your version may be too old to support the templating system.
