Hi,

were can I get an clear answer to the usage of stock material on instagram an facebook?

The license terms are in my mind not that clear and I wan't to know, if I can use the licensed picture in the specific look I have created ... or not.

I hope, someone from Adobe Stock can give me the answer with no link to the license terms.

Best regards

Hi Thomas,

It is possible to use on social media sites but there are some conditions. Please see this FAQ post for more info:

Stock Licensing & terms FAQ: Where can I find the terms and licensing information for Adobe Stock?

Hope that helps,

Hello Dave,

thanks for your answer. But I just don't know, if these conditions mean "Yes" or "No" belonging to the kind of artwork shown in my question. What I want is a clear statement from Adobe Stock, if it is allowed to use the stock footage on social media in this kind of presentation. And also if a copyright hint is necessary or not.

In deed I want just a little more customer service. The terms and conditions are in some cases not that clear, so I just need a statement from Adobe to be pretty sure.

I hope you can help me or give me a contact to someone who can.

Best regards

Thomas

Additionally, credits are needed to be added if posting this footage on social sites.

Hope this information helps!

Hi, Thomas! In my experience, I advise you not to use stock photos since the rules of use are quite ambiguous. It is not always possible to guess which situation will be appropriate to use a particular photo.
