Stock video glitching when sent to someone

I am working on a video for a client, they have sent me multiple adobe stock clips to use for this project, but one of them seems to be corrupt on my end only. The video has this weird glitching troughout, but it's only happening for me and not the client? (This is also before importing it into any editing software)

Hi @sama99069679,

I've downloaded the file and don't see any issue. Since the client isn't seeing the issue  It may be a driver or system issue on your end I'm sorry to say.
