Stock video licence purchase, but need to exchange/return?

Hi, I can't seem to find anything about this. I purchased the licence on a sports-themed stock vid after the client had confirmed my draft using a DL'ed preview file of the same stock video file. From there, I purchased the licence for the file and built the final draft.
The client then changed their mind about the color of the uniform used in the stock video, perferring red to the blue one I used. For the record, there are several options for uniform color for the exact same video - all the same price. I'm wondering about the process of exchanging the licence on the stock footage? Please advise!

Thanks in advance.

There is no option or provision to "return" a once licenced asset, but sometimes and based on Adobe's goodwill, Adobe is willing to refund. I do not know if Adobe in this case will refund you as the video has been delivered as requested and the preview is enough to judge the colours of the video.  Also for your protection, as soon as the customer has accepted the draft, you should innvoice modifications like this. Your request is well different from others where they detected a quality issue in an asset.

Disclaimer: I do not work for Adobe and I'm writing this on my personal oppinion.
