Hi,
Several months ago I signed up to a free trial for Adobe Stock for my university project, which I was lead to believe was a risk free subscription. Apparently the risk free part was not the case, as I've now discovered that I've been locked into a YEAR subscription that I must pay almost £100 to get out of!? This wasn't communicated to me when signing up for the free trial, and I've now got £25 being taken from my account on a monthly basis for the next 7 - 8 months which I apparently can do nothing about outside of paying a large upfront fee. Needless to say, in the current financial situation that we all find ourselves in, this is not ideal.
Do I have any option here to cancel without paying the £100 fee? This is something I really can't afford at the moment.
Thanks.

Hi I'm sorry you had difficulty cancelling your subscription. When you signed up for Adobe Stock you agreed to the terms for a 1 year commitment. I see that you used two months of your subscription which would make it difficult to cancel it without a fee.
