Anyone else having the issue of having 0 student stock credits available? I tried going through my school's tech support but they were no help, and I'm not able to chat with an Abobe rep because they tell me I need to speak to my school's tech support! Gah so frustrating! I literally am not able to license anything-not even the free stock content. Help 😞

I'm sorry you are having trouble. My first thought is are you seeing your name on the Adobe Stock website or the name of your school? You should see the name of your school. You may need to sign out and sign back in again. You will see a prompt for Personal and Company. Choose company.

Thanks for getting back to me. I tried signing out and back in again and still the same result.
I am under the "student stock" profile (see upper right corner of the following screengrabs):
I tried messaging adobe customer support using the link you provided and received the same result as well (bottom right):

Since this is an enterprise account your school administration will need to remedy the issue.
