Subscription Not Being Honored

I'm on a monthly subscription to Stock, latest billing was Feb 3rd.  I haven't used any yet this month however today when I try to download a music clip I'm beiTng told I have to subscribe?  Too early in the morning to call Adobe and I'm on a deadline.  Any ideas?

From your Adobe ID you are using here on the forums I can see that you have two profiles, a personal profile where you have an Adobe Stock subscription and a team profile for your company or school which does not have an Adobe Stock subscription. Please confirm that you see your name at the top of the page when you are signed into the Adobe Stock website. If you do not, if you see the name of your company or school, open the menu and select your name.
