Subscription Trap

New Here ,
Apr 12, 2025 Apr 12, 2025

I only subscribed to Adobe Lightroom, and the system also subscribed to Adobe Stock. I cancelled the subscription during the trial period, but I didn't realize that the system also secretly subscribed to Stock, so I didn't cancel it. Now I am being charged. I feel very disgusted.

The "system" doesn't secretly subscribe you to another product. You had to take a positive action, clicking on an accept button to engage in the subscription, and you would have received a confirmation email. If you have just received the first charge for this unintentional subscription, you can contact Adobe support and try to negotiate a penalty free cancellation.

You did tick the "30 day free stock trial" when you took your Lightroom trial. It's not exactly a secret, as you need to tick it explicitly. Check the e-mails that Adobe sent to you.

Do as @Jill_C suggested.
