I don't see any active Adobe Stock subscription associated with the Adobe ID you use here on the forums. You can see all of your active subscriptions when you sign into https://account.adobe.com. Is it possible you created an Adobe Stock subscription under a different Adobe ID? If so you would need to sign into Account Mangement with that ID.
@Alexis28655449notc I don't see any subscriptions under the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. You would need to be signed in with whatever email address you used to set up your subscription.

Same problem for me: I signed up for the free subscription, but I never got a confirmation email or even an invoice, and I've been deducted recently, and I have no idea how to cancel since my account is without subscription. How do I contact them?
