How to contact adobe regarding subscription? Money has been deducted from my account because I had the trial period on adobe stock, and when I was going to end it before the end of the month and money was going to be deducted, it said that I could not end my subscription because I had nothing. Nevertheless, money has been drawn
I don't see any active Adobe Stock subscription associated with the Adobe ID you use here on the forums. You can see all of your active subscriptions when you sign into https://account.adobe.com. Is it possible you created an Adobe Stock subscription under a different Adobe ID? If so you would need to sign into Account Mangement with that ID.
Same problem for me: I signed up for the free subscription, but I never got a confirmation email or even an invoice, and I've been deducted recently, and I have no idea how to cancel since my account is without subscription. How do I contact them?
@Alexis28655449notc I don't see any subscriptions under the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. You would need to be signed in with whatever email address you used to set up your subscription.
Check all your e-mails. You may have taken a subscription to a different e-mail. If that does not work, try contacting Adobe customer care. With some private information from your side, they may be able to find your account.
Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
If in doubt, ask the forum.
