Template download different from Example - Limited Options - Falsely marketed

I am using Premiere 23.1. I downloaded a bullet point list by enchanted studios 372948106 'Clean Multiline Bullet List Infographic' and it was too limited so I downloaded another bullet point list 509898518 'Bullet Point List with Logo Replacement' by the same developers. Both of these are exactly the same despite the advertised image. Also, neither of them allow aligning the text to the left which is shown in both of these examples. 

How do I unlicense and report these developers from falsely advertising and selling a template that does not do what is shown in the examples?

Hello @pia82761005, I see the text aligning to the left for template 509898518. For template 372948106 I can see the text aligning to the right as seen in the example. Possibly try re-downloading 509898518 again from Stock and re-install the MOGRT into Premiere and see if that fixes the issue.
