Hi, I would like to suspend my stock subscription for the time being. How can I end this and possibly. activate it again later? Now I get a payment request every time.

Thanks for the reply.

You can't suspend your stock subscription. You can only cancel. If you cancel, you need to pay the early termination fees and you will lose all unused credits.

You may contact Adobe customer care and with some luck, you may get a free extension of several months, but that would mean that after the two or three free months, you would get charged again. And the subscription would be extended for the free months. Try your luck. If the chatbot turns in circles, you should type "agent" to get a person chatting with you. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and check if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
If in doubt, ask the forum.

If you have an Annual Subscription, there is no way to suspend it and reactivate later. If your need for stock imagery is sporadic, consider either a monthly subscription or credits after the annual subscription has lapsed.

Hi @Gerrie381343053iiw , Looks like your stock subscription payment method linked to the account failed. Because of this, you are getting the payment request. For fixing this , you will need to update the failing payment method linked to your account . Please check your email, linked to this account for more information. Once the payment is updated and received , the subscription can be re-activated.
Or else since you have a month to month plan ,you can cancel anytime for no fee and then re-purchase again later when needed.
Thanks.

You still will lose unused credits, but there is no early termination fee for a monthly plan. And plans with a payment failure can't be user cancelled. In that case, you will need to contact Adobe customer care. Type "agent" to bypass the chatbot.
