I'm going to be very honest with you, Adobe. As a web designer, I can say that one of the biggest hindrances to my actually paying for a Stock subscription is the terrible design of your mobile web experience. It makes absolutely no sense to overlay licensing and download shortcuts on top of small image thumbnails in the list. This poor design decision has now resulted in my accidentally licensing two unwanted images (with more to follow, I'm sure). How on earth am I supposed to click on an image to go to the stock page for it in order to view a larger version of it if the (completely unneeded) overlay pops up and covers a significant portion of the thumbnail? Why not just remove the overlay and force people to license and download stock resources directly from their own pages to ensure actions are deliberate? Can you imagine ordering pizza using the system you've designed? I really don't think the "convenience" of saving a couple of clicks and the load time of individual resource pages justifies the travesty of experience bleedingly evident by the more than numerous posts in this community titled something like "accidental license". From what I have seen, there is a consistent and caring response in returning credit, but why not just make an "unlicense" function available before any downloading has happened? It's even possible to place a time restriction if necessary.
