text in morgt file is blurry

Hi, I bought an animated textfile in adobe stock for use in premiere pro. But the text in the animation is not sharp. I have tried to find contact information to the author, but there is none to find, besides the name. Where should I reach out for help?

Please provide the asset ID for the MOGRT file so I can troubleshoot.

Hi Jette,

Our MOGRTs team took a look and the text looks fine. If you are seeing blurred text during preview if you pause you'll see the text is clear and once the MOGRT is rendered the text will be clear. Please let me know if you have additional questions.
